Trezor hardware wallets and software are provided for lawful personal and commercial use. You agree to:
- Use Trezor products only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer proprietary components
- Keep your recovery seed secure and never share it with anyone
- Take responsibility for your own private keys and recovery phrase
3. Product Scope and User Responsibility
Trezor provides hardware wallets and companion software for private key storage and transaction verification only. We do not provide financial services, exchange, brokerage, trading, or investment advice. You are responsible for lawful use of the device and safe storage of your recovery phrase.
4. Intellectual Property
The Trezor name, logo, and design are trademarks of SatoshiLabs s.r.o. Our firmware is open-source under the GPLv3 licence. Our website content is protected by copyright.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trezor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, including any loss of cryptocurrency.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
